The Negatives of Delegating to Upholders
An upholder is someone who blindly enforces the rules no matter what. They can become impatient or disdainful when other people reject expectations. Because they're so driven, you are going to be very good at being self reliant and autonomous as a worker. One practical thing you need to be careful of is what she calls upholder tightening. It's important to reassess some of those expectations and work out which ones are most important.
