Sell by Marketing - Can It Be Done at a Small Scale?

The smallest scale working well would be one head. No, I know that sounds kind of funny, but that's the thing about sell by marketing. It's a sell one replace one deal. And you don't have to do loads. The reason why a lot of times I mention loads is I know the market that I'm selling into and the guys that I sell cattle really like load lots. So that's what I deliver them. Now I also do a lot of goose neck type deals. I've made good money just, you know, 15, 20 head on a goose neck trip.
