How to Listen and Talk Less

A lot of it has to do just with listening and talking less, allowing them the opportunity to talk. I always suggest letting people talk as much as they want without interrupting them. You don't want to just jump into this defensive posture and respond immediately. But honestly, once you've met with someone, even just a few times, it gets much, much easier to know what to expect.
