Is a UTI a CAUTI?

The urine analysis showed greater than 10 WBCs, nitrates, positive RBCs, positive bacteria and positive hyphy. And none of those things that you mentioned are pathinemonic for infection. If the patient's sole complaint is fever, I would suggest that a UTI is probably unlikely to be present.
