Dariuszewski: In relation to this debate on debt levels in Europe, I wanted to play a sound bite for you. It's from an interview I did with Emil Kallinowski. As Jeff and I often talk about on the show, we're not fans of central bank quantitative easing. We believe that they create bank reserves that then sit idle on bank balance sheets. If you want liquidity for the economy, you've got to get banks to lend. And right now, it does seem absolutely too risky to do so.
