Isometrics stretches a your ner muscular capacity to weigh more than anything else you can do, which opens you up for even more access to all this force production. I think where i use it the most like teaching clients, like getting a client to connect to a muscle. It was a great way to teach them how to connect to that and they could intensify and then risk free.
