The Importance of Listening

I think it's very much echoing what the National Society's feedback was on a on a cluster meeting for example right. When all of these big NGOs with a huge amount of funding come to the cluster meeting and reports this large numbers of assisted people. Maybe we as a big system do not really listen carefully enough. Do you think we are kind of lost in everyday business, in everyday struggle that we keep forgetting the whole purpose? I found it really interesting what Fred said about being heard. So the National Society doesn't really feel like it's been heard. And national actors don't really feel as they were heard.
