The 2024 Lessons for Both Parties on the Issue of Abortion

CNN's John Avlon says Republicans are starting to rethink their stand on the issue of abortion. He predicts that in 2022, every state where abortion rights were on the ballot will vote for codifying those rights into its constitution. Avlon: Democrats have done a good job channeling voters' fear and anger by pushing back against same-sex marriage propositions as a way to drive up voter turnout. The GOP is going to be fascinated at how they all try to tip toe around it all, Avlon says.
