How to Increase the Speed of Data Entry Contractors Training

A procedure that we created for our data entry contractors. We can now have an unlimited number of new dad entry contractors training at the same time. And they go at a speed that works for them. They're not waiting for the trainer to try and member the best way. Therere so many, but pride an, my favorite one was a procedure that we Created for Our Data Entry Contractors. It used to be a constant struggle for us, not at all scalable to hire and train these dad entry contractors. Now i have one of my managers, and he doesn't even have to manage it because it runs almost automatically by itself.
