The Hard Problem of Consciousness
As long as there's something at the fundamental level of reality that realizes that mathematical structure may be networks of conscious entities, we can get physics out of it. So why isn't that a positive answer to the question, a positive solution to the hard problem of consciousness? That's basically Russell a century ago. But I think my argument for panpsychism again is closely connected to things you've just said. It seems to me like one of these non questions in an interrogative form. Formalable questions through which there are possible answers but they're not really questions.
