Product Based Consulting

There's a lot of risk involved, and you want to hedge those bets. If you're using delivery robots or packing robots, then have some sort of contractual clause that allows you to at least have the intellectual property if the company goes under something like that. So another area that we've seen is vendors who pretend that they have a product, but they really are consulting firms. There are a number of vendors out here that do it. Again, they've raised a lot of money somehow, and so we say, just, you don't be cautious around these vendors as well.
