i storied to lose my memory and in my mid twenties, and that was because i had been an athlete at a pretty high level. A wrestling, particularly, where you sweat so much, would sweat six to eight pounds of water weight. And there's just no chance of replenishing all that when you're not suppplementing. I've seen the industry change over the yearsa improve, but there were just so many the things saw nnet improve, and it wasn't just from a quality perspective.
