ACEIL and Diabetic Nephropathy in the UK
I would have expected a lot of diabetic nephropathy and I was surprised it wasn't so much. And I wouldn't have expected, you know, brain and vascular disease. It looks very different than my clinic. Lori, is this more typical for your patients or does this look also different to you? There's an underrepresentation of diabetic Nephropathy in the UK. People who are black, African American, and black ground don't get prioritized onto the ASARBs in the UK because they progress down their GFR trajectory without ever getting on them. So I think that was the key thing.
