i started the welcome conference with a good friend of mine named anthony rudolph, i guess eight years ago now. It's meant to be a day where we talk about the nobility of service. We talk about the responsibility we have to create magical worlds in a world that needs more magic. Its a day where people get their gas tanks filled and run back into their little worlds as individuals wanting to be better versions themselves than they were before. I can't wait until we get to have it again.
