If you can't point to a recent example of you being the problem, your team is probably still enduring some unnecessary pain. In any growing and evolving organization, as the leader, you're going to hit sealings. When you don't change, or when you don't grow, you become the problem. Eventually, if you don't address that problem team member, the problem team member isn't the problem if you don’t address the problem you are the problem.
