There are lots of options I believe today in a therapeutic manner to improve insulin resistance that are marketed at people who might be pre-diabetic or even diabetic. The other thing is the avoidance of carbohydrates that stimulate excessive insulin demand. That's what I'm going to say about overall dietary patterns. It's quite a difficult subject to boil down to very, very simple takeaways but maintaining a healthy way of eating combined with exercise is going to be the best strategy.
