The Problem With Tom's Cognitive Failure to Process Reality

There's a bit called Life Hacks on the album, and there's not a single life hack. The problem is that Tom can't discern which of his thoughts are jokes and which are the ones of his cognitive failure to process reality. He makes a point of mentioning his booking agent several times throughout the album. There's moments in there where the joke structure makes sense. And so it's not that the problem isn't that Tom doesn't know how to write jokes. It's that he's so severely schizophrenic that he thinks things.
