Rational Animals Are Animals Is an Analytic Proposition

A necessary proposition has got to be analytic, i don't see else it can mean. And analytic propositions are always complex and logically somewhat late. Vers is another kind of truth of reason which isn't just true by fnition,. It's a synthetic truth of reason, or synthetic a priori truth of reason. I myself don't think that this distinction between analytic and synthetic s of reason really carves anything at the joints.
