How to Use Images to Increase Traffic to Your Articles

I use images as just like placeholders to keep the flow going. I wouldn't say it's a special strategy but we have a featured image that has to be over 1250 pixels wide in order to be shown in the image thing. But then we have images throughout the article with where we can kind of plug keywords in as well like the alt text and things like that or SEO purposes.
