Double-faced acts with a very curved faces to it too but do we have any ideas to what its function was? Well this has been a subject of debates among Minoan archaeologists. The idea is that as you use them more and more maybe the sides start to curve because very early on in this palatial period you also get these flimsy looking double axes which clearly were too thin to be used to cut off the head of an animalbut they were deposited as ritual objects.
