Tom's Story
tom abducted a woman and her children, then took them up to the mountains. He held them hostage over night before releasing them. The woman declined to press charges out of fear that tom would come after her. There was a warrant out for tom's arrest in nebraska, but law enforcement there never caught sight of him again.
