In the era of video leadership, zoom leadership, i think it's been really, really hard. I can't even tell you that over the past year, i don't think i've had a a meeting with a group of leaders where people weren't crying by the end of it,. Sometimes it's been very difficult. And i'll tell you the people who have done well. At some point through the past 14 or 15 months are the leaders who said, jesus, i just got to pay attention to my people.
