The Last Time They Were Seeded Again

Both ships were seen near passing Baffin Bay by a whaler aptly named Prince of Wales and another ship called the Enterprise. That was actually the last time anyone saw the ships above water or any of the crew alive. Lady Franklin in particular was upset and she pushed successfully for a search party expedition in 1848. By 1850, that search involved both Brits and Americans.
