The Importance of Charity

Dana was pregnant when her husband Charles was deployed to Iraq. Before he left, she gave him a gift: A journal for his son Jordan. He became consumed with it and wrote everything from the power of prayer to his favorite foods. The night before he returned to Iraq, Charles kissed Dana and Jordan goodbye. That kiss would be their final goodbye because six weeks later, Charles was killed in a roadside bombing.
