The Rise of the Church in the East

When you look at non-North American or non-Western European type experiences, they've scaled the church has grown a lot faster there. And then here you're right, our whole model has been gathered a whole bunch of people in a box that we own or that we lease and try to get them to show up at a set time in a set place. So instead you're flipping in on its head and you're releasing people. You're talking about like resourcing them the way you would small groups or how are you staffing for these micro sites and these micro gatherings.
