When I was a senior in high school, I was planning to go to college to major in computer engineering because that sort of was like my first love. So I didn't know motivational speaking or public speaking was a thing. And there was a day where we had underclassmen in my high school who weren't taking a test and one of the assistant principals pulled me aside for an assembly. She said do you think you can tell them your story? And I was like, what in the world are you talking about?
