Jose Mourinho replaces Maritsio Pochatino as Tottenham Hotspur manager. There's a big contrast from when Spurs were at their peak where they're playing high at the pitch and pressing very intensely. Daniel Levy has traditionally shown himself to be someone who is not willing to pay for players if he can help it does that give you cause for concern from a Spurs point of view? I think there are some tools there that suggest that he can make a decent go at this team.
