You cannot solve this problems of political strategy and tactics by relying and delegating them to tools no matter how fancy or cybernetic right so in a sense I think I mean I don't I'm not offering a very coherent and sharp answer to a question but you cannot kind of solve this problem without developing an extremely political and politically sensitive reading of the situation around you. If only they had learned enough and only if they were a little bit less provincial in their outlook they may have taken steps and measures to what was lost a little bit longer and ultimately they did
