For me, part of recognition is having conversations with people where they will confide in me and would never tell what they're telling me to anybody else. So for me, it's not about glory. It's not about thank you. The greatest way you can recognize me is when we're having a conversation and you say something like, oh, I hadn't thought about it that way or, oh,. I hadn't realized that. But you give me a verbal indication that through our conversations, something has unlocked for you. That is the greatest gift you can give me. Love that.
