Is There a Difference Between Technology and Financial Impact?
Lori: I think about it in terms of three tiers, right? First tier is, here's our technology. Then the second tier is hopefully they get to some kind of operational KPI at least. And then the third would be the finance, but maybe a good place to start is with the mindset, right? Lori: A lot of times you're dealing with engineers, very, very bright people. But ultimately, just say, okay, we're going to make this decision. Okay, we're more efficient.
