"I am the very last person who should be on an SRE team because I just am not wired for it," Gem says. "Look at somebody like Liz Fong Jones or Charity Mater, they're so incredibly deep in their area of expertise." She adds that she wants a world-class specialist to come in and be on the SRE team. 'You probably don't really want an R&D job,' Gem tells her co-hosts.
