The rythm section is what defines the jana. Once you start having trumpet heart and harp and drum set, it doesn't become argentine tango anymore. There's a school called la orchestra squala and guano sides where people are given charts just as a sort of starting point. But then you have these old time musicians working with people to teach all the stuff that they just play it and you copy. It has to be more of a group.
