Using Task Simplification in Martial Arts Training

Rob Gray was going over some research in like practice design and like safety and injuries and stuff. And he's like, yeah, more more unstable, variable practice is actually safer. It makes you more injury proof in the future which that is against everything I had ever been taught in martial arts. We've definitely the fact that we can train people up to higher skill levels faster with fewer injuries overall. Speaks to maybe a necessity for the education of this across applied martial arts in general.
