If your recovery is less than optimal, you might be better off with like push pull legs arms. You have three big days and one small, easy to recover from day. I think that's a fantastic way to train is a b push pull legs rotation. And you can make really great long term gains on that. Now the only thing I would say about that is if your recovery is not great, it is for big days per week, for hard days per week.
