How to Increase Sales and Marketing Alignment

A study by serious decisions showed that companies with higher sales and marketing alignment have faster growth and higher profitability. I totally agree with that because I saw it firsthand at a company called PGI. Every day, our director of digital marketing is going to pick up the phone and call our director of sales and say, how are the leads coming in today? And they started this process where every day they had a daily check in and they tried different campaigns. If they saw campaigns were driving better leads, suddenly they put more money into those campaigns.
