cybersecurity careers are so diverse that you have to want to continue on that path. We've had tremendous success hiring out of the military and other aspects of what's going on. You also have something which resonates with me, which I think is important, which is around diversity. And we're looking for diversity because part of our challenge is being a great attacker or you're being a great defender.
