The circumstances of people's birth play a much larger role than those of us who were born into fortunate circumstances understand or are willing to acknowledge. I've gone from a leadership sceptic to not quite a leadership devotee, but some one who is far less sceptical of leadership than i ever was. It really has to do with a quality of opportunity.
