The Indictment of Donald Trump

Donna Bash doesn't seem to understand any of this as John Laurel has to explain to her on her show. She clearly is not familiar with the First Amendment to the Constitution, which I know is important because it was literally the first Amendment they wrote. Political speech is strictly protected, almost absolutely protected with the exception of immediate incitements to violence that can cause immediate action. Those are the only exceptions. Trump's allowed to post whatever he wanted to threaten a guy. He didn't even mention his name. Jack Smith doesn't even know he's talking about him. So Trump's team filed back in court says this post doesn't even contain a reference to sensitive information of any kind.
