Are There Any Services Out There That Will Handle Your Ads?

D l marton: Are there any services that you know of that will handle your ads? And are any of you using them? There are services out there, but it never seems like authors in general, i'm not saying not ever, but i from what i hear, authors really struggle to make it work. I would be so happy never to play with ads again and just magically have the book sel so i could just right. But try more, or we just won't.
