Every time i've seen messaging changing, it's like person at the top has a new vision and is like, ok, we're changing everything. I think that marketing management and leadership should be continuously interested in what is happening on sales, on calls. And that's historically not something that marketing is deep in. After maybe on boarding, is spending a lot of time kind of listening in on sales calls and talking to front line sales wraps.
