Burn Out in the Tech Industry Is More Common Than Other Industries
i actually think that burn out is less common in the tech industry than in a lot of other industries. To me, burn out is much more prevalent and sere among educators, lawyers and doctors. I'm unsure of the spiciness of my take. Intact workers are exploited, as all workers are exploited. But i actually think that, like, broadley, we have a relatively high amount of power to determine what we work on. And at least if not net benefits to society, ore at least intellectually stimulating to us.
