The Importance of Soft Leadership

I would never expected him that he would make other people feel good about themselves in like that moment. I wrote a post about this, not on LinkedIn. I wrote it first on Instagram just saying where I said the most important lesson I learned from Mr Tata and I addressed him is that you change my definition of alpha male because an alpha male isn't what they tell you. It's what you stand for. To be soft and gentle and kind and relentless and aggressive only to make the world a better place. And we believe in this upside in multiple times we don't need hard leaders. We need soft leaders.
