structure journaling is one of the elements that enabled me to really shift my own life myself when I was struggling. And so there's no right and wrong as to the kind of questions or reflections that you might use in your structure journaling. But we suggest that things like a reflection on gratitude. So today I am grateful for and stopping to really think this is not a speed exercise. It's not who can write five things the quickest. This is about sensing into the things you feel grateful for and writing them down in a more descriptive, meaningful way.
