The 10 year US treasury is down at three spot, three seven. You got 5% fed funds. Look at that negative slope in that yield curve. And the year over your inflation in the US is 6%. So I mean, for some of those 10 years, you're going to be stuck with higher inflation. But why are yields dropping? Because most investors still don't get it.
