The NASDAQ's New Highs and New Lows

The NASDAQ has been up more than 20 percent year to date and some folks are saying this is a new bull market. After the dot-com bus there were six or seven times where the NASdaq went up over 20 percent before it rolled over to new lows. When it finally did bottom it went sideways for about 10 years. I think this is so extremely important to watch because you have to see what's happening Internally inside these indexes.
