What Did You Believe When Growing Up in Africa?
As a tenager in africa, we were all envious of the western world. Fast forward to live in the west and i'm slightly disappointed at many ideologies that i aspired, aspired to,. I fundamentally believe in those values. But this, it is clear that that neither of them are operating in the fashion that i had believed and thought when growing up in africa. So what was the first instance of that that hit hom? When i graduated from oxford with my ph d., there wereer almost no africans on the trading floor.
