What Does the Internet Look Like Without CDA 230?
There's this idea that section 230 created the internet in part because the great and extremely patient, Jeff Kossoff has coined it the 26 words that created the internet. Do we actually know what would happen if section 230 was repealed or reformed? I do think that kind of change would meet my definition of catastrophic. On the question of what does the internet look like without CDA 230, it's really hard to answer just because the other countries we're comparing to have a bunch of other legal differences too.
