On the night of August 28, 1996, Yvette Rodier and Zach Snarr were on a date, taking pictures of the full moon in the mountains of Utah. They were interrupted when a stranger drove up, pulled a gun and opened fire. Zach was killed and Yvette was shot four times but survived by pretending to be dead.
