Training When You're Tired

In terms of the running my sense is that you're careful not to overdo it and go into that kind of over training zone where you can get injured or burn out. You are always have some pain somewhere i have an actually some difficulty with some part of my body but i try to never put too much to be able training or injured so yes i i try to do that  in a neutral after 20 or what do you think you're tired too, because if you never train when you are tired you will never have this feeling. So me you say okay i willTrain anyway even if i'm tired even if i drink too much the day before if i've met too much party
