Good and Bad Transparency
Good transparency answers questions and creates trust. Bad transparency raises more questions than es. It's important not to just say, hey, i'm the se of the company,. Anyone can just n read the notes from the leadership team exactin. Not everyone has kind of the stomach for it. If you don't know the answer, you need to have a plan. You need to talk about what the next steps are - how you're going to get to an answer. What i think's awesome is when you get that term cheef, and when you raise that money and you close around and the money's in the bank, you go back and teach that lesson.
